8.1 Information
NATUR-ALL will, upon request, provide you with information about the following:

NATUR-ALL shall provide the above information in writing within the shortest possible time, but not later than 25 days, or refuse to provide the information. If NATUR-ALL refuses to provide the information, it shall inform you within 25 days of the reasons for the refusal and of the possibility of judicial remedy and recourse to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
The information shall be provided free of charge if you have not requested information from NATUR-ALL within one year concerning the processing of the same personal data. If you request information on the same personal data on two or more occasions within one year, NATUR-ALL will charge you a fee.
8.2 Correction, deletion, blocking
NATUR-ALL will rectify the personal data provided by you if your personal data is not accurate and the accurate personal data is available to NATUR-ALL.
NATUR-ALL will erase your personal data if (i) the processing is unlawful, (ii) you request the erasure of your personal data, (iii) your personal data is incomplete or incorrect and you are unable to obtain the personal data or to correct it, (iv) the purpose of the processing has ceased or the period for which the personal data is processed has expired, or (v) a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information has ordered the erasure.
NATUR-ALL will block your personal data, instead of deleting it, if you request it or if it is likely that deletion would harm your legitimate interests.
NATUR-ALL will notify you when your personal data has been rectified, erased or blocked. If NATUR-ALL does not comply with your request to rectify, erase or block your personal data, it will inform you in writing within 25 days of receipt of your request of the reasons for the refusal and inform you of the possibility of judicial remedy and of recourse to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
8.3 Objection

NATUR-ALL will examine your objection within the shortest possible time from the date of your request, but not later than 15 days. NATUR-ALL will inform you in writing of its decision on your request.
If NATUR-ALL upholds your objection, it will cease processing and block your personal data.
If you do not agree with NATUR-ALL's decision, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the decision to take legal action. If NATUR-ALL does not take a decision within the 15-day period and does not notify you, you may take legal action within 30 days of the last day of the 15-day period.
